1. In a small bowl, mix the yeast and sugar in warm water. Leave to stand for a few minutes until the yeast starts to boil.
2. In a large bowl, mix the flour and the salt. Add the activated yeast mixture and the olive oil. Mix until you get a paste.
3. 3. Knead the dough over a floured surface for about 5 to 7 minutes, or until it is smooth and elastic.
4. Place the paste in a greased bowl, cover with a wet cloth and leave to stand in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until the dough has doubled in volume.
5. While the dough is resting, prepare the sauce by mixing all the ingredients of the sauce in a small bowl.
6. Preheat the oven to 220 C.
7. Divide the dough into individual portions and roll each portion in a circle of the desired size.
8. Place the dough circles on a baking tray and spread a thin layer of sauce on each of them.
9. Add the toppings of your choice, such as cheese, cherry tomatoes, basil, olives and other preferred ingredients.
10. Cook the pizza in the preheated oven for about 12 to 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese boils
