Incredibly delicious orange cake, wonderfully fragrant pastries like grandmother’s.

Preparation:

  1. It is sufficient to grease a cake mold (weev, crown, box, etc.), to place it in the cold and to preheat the oven to 180 degrees C. heat, sole/high.
  2. Then beat the eggs and sugar until you get a thick, creamy mixture and add the oil, juice and orange zest.
  3. Now mix the flour with the yeast and add quickly. Pour into the mould and then place in a preheated oven for about 45 minutes.
  4. Let it cool in the mold for 15 minutes and then unmold it on a grid.
    Tip: If you want it to absorb a little you can cover it with icing while it is still hot, otherwise let it cool down first.
    Of course, you can also use another icing (e.g. icing).
