Fresh, Tangy & Addictive Salad Recipe

Ingredients

½ cup crumbled feta cheese (or goat cheese for creaminess)

½ cup toasted almonds or walnuts (optional, for crunch)

¼ cup dried cranberries or cherries (optional, for sweetness)

For the Tangy Dressing:
¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil

2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
