Ingredients:
2 onions
2 or 3 beets
Vinegar
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Preparation:
Peel the beets and cook them in a little salted water. Then cut into small cubes. Also finely chop the onions and add them to the beetroot cubes. Deglaze with olive oil and vinegar and season with salt. You can let this delicious salad sit for an hour before eating.
Regular consumption of this beetroot salad improves your eyesight and supports liver and colon detoxification.
It is important to note, however, that your urine and stool may change color a few hours after consuming beetroot. This is completely normal and does not pose a health risk, as the pigments in beetroot are absorbed by the intestines and are not broken down.
