Ice cream stick: fresh and full of flavour!

1. Melt several chocolate eggs in a pot (alternatively, you could use half dark chocolate and half milk chocolate).
2. Pour into paper cups until the entire cup is covered.
3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
4. Pour in more melted chocolate to make a second layer.
5. Refrigerate again for 15 minutes.
6. Whip cream, powdered sugar, cream cheese, and vanilla extract until stiff.
7. Fill each chocolate glass with the cream mixture.
8. Place a strip of chocolate and a lollipop stick and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
9. Cover the top edge of each glass with melted chocolate.
10. Freeze and carefully remove the paper cup.
