- Preheat oven and prepare pan: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9 inch baking pan with cooking spray or butter.
- Combine ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed pineapple (with its juice), granulated sugar, eggs, cornstarch, and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly until all the ingredients are well combined.

- Transfer to baking pan: Pour the pineapple mixture into the prepared 9×9 inch baking pan, spreading it out evenly.
- Add butter and cinnamon: Arrange the sliced pats of butter evenly over the top of the pineapple mixture. Sprinkle the cinnamon evenly over the butter and pineapple.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the edges of the bake begin to turn golden brown and the center is set.
- Cool and serve: Remove the Pineapple Bake from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. You can serve it warm or at room temperature. Enjoy!
