4 beef cube steaks
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons black pepper
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Directions
1. In a shallow dish, combine the flour, black pepper, cayenne pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
2. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well blended.
3. Season the cube steaks with a touch of salt.
4. Dredge each steak in the flour mixture, ensuring an even coat, then dip into the egg mixture, and finally dredge again in the flour mixture.
5. In a large skillet, heat about 1/2 inch of oil over medium-high heat.
6. Once the oil is hot, add the coated steaks to the skillet. Fry each steak for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
7. Transfer the steaks to a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
8. Serve hot with your favorite sides and enjoy!
