I can’t get enough of this new fall treat! I see myself making this year round. Oh, and giving these out as Xmas presents? Totally in the cards

1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup caramel topping
Optional: Add 1/2 cups nuts of choice
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease two 9×5 inch loaf pans.
2. In a large bowl, cream together the cream cheese, butter and sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt; gradually stir into the creamed mixture until well combined. Stir in nuts, if using.
3. Spread 1/4 of the batter into prepared loaf pans. Drizzle 1/4 of the caramel topping over the batter. Cover with the remaining batter, then drizzle with the remaining caramel topping.
4. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean. Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Serve and enjoy!
