If the refrigerator is one of our biggest allies when it comes to food preservation, the freezer is certainly our best friend. There are many methods to keep parsley in the freezer for several months. The second method is to separate the leaves from the stems, put them in a glass and then freeze it. The third method is to produce water and parsley cubes with the help of the corresponding forms. In this case, we can use individual portions parsley if necessary.
In addition, we can also mix parsley to obtain a kind of finished minced meat, which we can freeze in a special airtight container and gradually use it.
Before freezing, parsley must be washed and, if you do not decide to use the diced method, dried. Remember that parsley, like any other food, can no longer be stored in the refrigerator after thawing, but must be eaten!

Foods can also be preserved very well in oil, and of course this also applies to parsley. We can choose to either insert a whole bunch of parsley or just their leaves in oil.
Before the parsley is inserted exclusively into extra virgin olive oil in an airtight glass, it must be washed and dried well. The bunch or leaves must be completely covered with oil so that they stay fresh for at least one month.
