How to prepare orange biscuits without eggs or butter

Procedure

Preparation of the dough:
In a large bowl, sift the wholemeal flour and baking powder for desserts.
Add whole-grain brown sugar and a pinch of salt, mixing the dry ingredients well.
In another bowl, mix the orange juice, seed oil and grated orange peel. Make sure the orange is organic to avoid pesticide residue in the rind.
Add the ingredients:
Gradually pour the liquid ingredients into the bowl of the dry ingredients, stirring with a wooden spoon or a spatula until a homogeneous dough is obtained. The dough should be soft but not sticky. If necessary, add a little more flour or orange juice to reach the desired consistency.
To form the biscuits:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C and line a baking sheet with baking paper.
Take some small amounts of dough and form balls as big as a walnut. Arrange them on the baking tray, leaving a little space between one cookie and the other.
Slightly crush each ball with the palm of your hand or with a fork to give the cookies a flatter shape.
Cooking: Cooking and Cooking: Cook
Bake the cookies for about 15-18 minutes, or until the edges start to gilded. Cooking times may vary slightly depending on the oven, so check the cookies towards the end of cooking time.
S-bread the cookies and let them cool completely on a grill.
Preservation:
Once cooled, the cookies can be stored in a tin box or in an airtight container to keep their freshness for several days.
