How to clean burned hotplates easily?

The trick we are going to see removes dirt that appears on the surface of grills and hotplates due in particular to overflows of food or burns. To do this, it is sufficient to remove the cooking plates and then wet them in a basin filled with water and detergent. Then rub with a sponge.
