INGREDIENTS

3 eggs, separated
125 g (½ cup) butter, softened
125 g (½ cup) icing sugar
15 ml (1 tablespoon) lemon juice
3 g (1 teaspoon) vanilla powder
65 g (½ cup) all-purpose flour
7 g (1 tablespoon) cornflour
3 g (½ teaspoon) baking powder
500 g (2 cups) cream cheese
