Gratin of chickpeas and salted vegetables

1 middle courgette diced

125 g broccoli florets

1 tablespoon of olive oil

1 teaspoon of ground cumin

1 teaspoon of smoked paprika

125 g turmeric

Salt and pepper to taste

125 g breadcrumbs (use gluten-free breadcrumbs if you prefer)
