1. Preheat your oven to 200°C. Clean and rinse the baby potatoes. Dry them and cut them in half.
2. Heat an ovenproof skillet (preferably cast iron) and add the olive oil.
3. Add the potatoes and fry until crispy on the surface.
4. Cook, turning frequently, until the skin is golden brown.
5. Push the apples to a corner of the skillet to make room.
Add the garlic and fry. Add the spice mix, salt, and paprika. Stir.
6. Turn off the heat and sprinkle the potatoes with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
7. Place the potatoes in the oven and roast for 15 minutes.
8. Add the diced butter to the top of the skillet.
