For Housewives – Mackerel Marinated in Just 2 Hours – Very Cool, Not Available in Stores!

Boil the spices for 10 minutes, turn off the heat and wait for the marinade to cool. Place the fish pieces in the cooled marinade, cover with a lid and leave for 2 hours. After 2 hours, remove the fish from the marinade and serve.

f you leave the fish for longer than 2 hours, it will be too salty/marinated… If you are not planning to serve it right away, you can keep it in the fridge in a glass container for 3 days… We are sure it will be eaten much faster though… Enjoy!
