Lie on your stomach on the floor, placing a pillow under your stomach beforehand

You can also put a towel rolled up under the forehead

Inhale, lift your upper body and head off the floor

Hold for a second in the highest position and slowly lower

Repeat 10 times

Exercises 12 – Strengthening the shoulders

Place your left foot in front of your right and grab the back of a chair with your left hand

In your right hand, take a small dumbbell or a bottle filled with water

Pull your right arm back and hold in the final position

Repeat 10 times and change the starting position and arms
