50 grams (1.75 oz) grated Parmesan cheese
300 grams (10.5 oz) sliced mozzarella cheese
2 ripe tomatoes, sliced
300 grams (10.5 oz) sliced ham
Cream cheese spread (to taste)
Instructions:
Start by adding the milk, eggs, oil, salt, and cornstarch to a blender. Blend until the ingredients are well combined.
Gradually add the flour while blending, ensuring a smooth mixture. Finally, add the baking powder and mix again.
Pour half of the batter into a greased and floured baking pan. Spread it evenly and layer with ham, tomatoes, and mozzarella cheese. Add the cream cheese spread on top of this layer.
Pour the remaining batter over the filling, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, and optionally, decorate with tomato slices.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for about 45 minutes. Once done, remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, then take it out of the pan and serve.
