1 cup warm milk (8.5 fl oz / 250ml)
4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (19.4 oz / 550g)
4 tablespoons sugar (1.8 oz / 50g)

1 tablespoon instant dry yeast (0.3 oz / 9g)

Instructions:

First, soak the prunes and raisins in cold water for 20 minutes.
