Homemade Gummies (Healthy & Easy!)
Make chewy, fruity gummies at home with just 3 ingredients—no artificial flavors!
📝 Ingredients:
✅ 1 cup (250 ml) 100% fruit juice (orange, berry, apple, etc.)
✅ 3 tbsp gelatin powder (unflavored)
✅ 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
👩🍳 Directions:
1️⃣ Heat the juice over low heat (don’t boil).
2️⃣ Sprinkle gelatin over the juice, stirring constantly until dissolved.
3️⃣ Add honey and mix well.
4️⃣ Pour into silicone molds and refrigerate for 1-2 hours until firm.
5️⃣ Pop out and enjoy!
💡 Variations: Use agar-agar for a vegan version or mix different juices for colorful gummies!
