Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
Grate the cheese.
Hard-boil the eggs and grate them as well.
Add garlic to taste; the spiciness of the salad will depend on the amount.
Add salt and mayonnaise to taste. The more mayonnaise, the juicier the salad.
