Creamy coffee and chocolate dessert with peanuts

✅ Ingredients (serves 4):
For the cream:

200 ml heavy cream

200 g mascarpone

100 g dark chocolate

2 tsp instant coffee or 1 espresso (30 ml), cooled

2 tbsp sugar (to taste)

1 tsp vanilla extract

For the topping:

50 g salted peanuts (roughly chopped)

A pinch of cocoa powder or grated chocolate

Optional: a few coffee beans or caramel sauce
