Cream braids: the recipe for soft and delicious braids

1. Dough: In a bowl, mix the yeast with the sugar and milk. Let it rest for 15 minutes.

2. Then add the egg, oil, salt, sugar, vanillin, flour, and butter.

3. Form a smooth dough and let it rest for one hour.

4. Prepare the pastry cream and set aside.

5. Roll out half of the dough, fill it, and shape it into mats. Let them rest for 20 minutes.

6. Then shape into discs and let them rest.

7. Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
