Crab bombs with an aromatic twist 🦀💣

1. Prepare your work surface: Gather all ingredients and have a large mixing bowl ready.

2. Add the softened cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice to the mixing bowl. Stir the mixture until it reaches a creamy, smooth consistency.

3. Then gently fold in the fresh crab meat, making sure it stays chunky – don’t overmix, as you want the delicious crab pieces to shine through!

4. Add the chopped green onions, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper to the crab mixture. Stir well until well blended.

5. Once the crab mixture is ready, form it into golf ball-sized or slightly larger portions – this will create delicious crab bombs.

6. Roll each ball in the breadcrumbs, making sure it is completely coated. This will help the crust crisp up after frying.

7. Heat plenty of oil in a large skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat. Test if the oil is hot enough with a small piece of the crab mixture – if it sizzles immediately, you’re ready to make the crab bombs.

8. Carefully place the prawn bombs into the hot oil and fry in batches to avoid overcrowding. Fry for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.

9. Once cooked, transfer the prawn bombs to a plate lined with a paper towel to absorb any excess oil.

10. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or on a bed of fresh vegetables for a delicious appetizer or snack.

Enjoy your flavorful prawn bombs—perfect for a social gathering or a cozy evening at home!
