Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5 loaf pan.
In a large bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, mix bananas, mango, sugars, eggs, oil, and vanilla.
Combine wet and dry ingredients. Fold in coconut.
Pour into pan and bake 55–65 minutes. Cool before slicing.
