1๏ธโฃ Preparation of tea and biscuits
Make a strong tea โ and mix with mandarin ๐ and lemon juice ๐.
Soak the cookies lightly in the mixture, but not for too long, otherwise they will become soggy.

In a bowl, beat the whipped cream ๐ฅ with the icing sugar until stiff.
Add mascarpone ๐ฅ, honey ๐ฏ and vanilla and mix thoroughly until smooth.
3๏ธโฃ Layers
Divide the ingredients in layers over the cups ๐ท: soaked ladyfingers ๐ช, mascarpone cream ๐ฅ and pieces of mandarin ๐.
Repeat the layers until the cups are filled.
4๏ธโฃ Decoration and cooling
Garnish the top with whipped cream ๐ฆ, pieces of mandarin ๐ and grated white chocolate ๐ซ.
Let it sit in the fridge for 2 hours so the flavours can really develop.
