CHOCOLATE SAUCE WITH THERMOMIX

Ingredients:
200g dark chocolate (or milk chocolate, if preferred)
200ml heavy cream
30g caster sugar (optional, depending on the sweetness of the chocolate)
20g butter (optional, for a creamier result)
1 tablespoon vanilla extract (optional)
Cream
Preparation:
Melt the chocolate:
Break the chocolate into pieces and place it in the Thermomix bowl.
Add the heavy cream and sugar (if using).
Proceed to 50°C, speed 2, until the chocolate is melted and the sauce is smooth.
Add the butter (optional):
If you prefer a creamier sauce, add the butter, cut into pieces, to the Thermomix bowl.
Mix for 1 minute at speed 2, until the butter is well incorporated. Add vanilla extract (optional):
If you prefer a slightly vanilla flavor, add the vanilla extract at this point.
Blend for another 20 seconds at speed 2.
Check the consistency:
If the sauce is too thick for your liking, you can add a little milk (one tablespoon at a time) to thin it and adjust the consistency.
