Chinese secret to tenderize meat even when it is hard. Ever since I learned, I haven’t cooked meat any other way.
3- Prepare the accompanying salad
Prepare the vegetables: In a large bowl, mix 1/2 cabbage cut into thin strips, sliced radishes (if you decide to use them), 250 g of cherry tomatoes cut in half and a bouquet of fresh chopped parsley.
Prepare the vinaigrette: In a small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise with 2 tablespoons of plain yoghurt. Add salt and black pepper to taste.
Mix the salad: Pour the vinaigrette over the vegetables and mix well so that it is well coated.
Ready to serve.
