Ingredients
800 g meat (optional)
1 teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate
3 garlic cloves, sliced
1 teaspoon of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
Black pepper to taste
1 teaspoon of chilli (optional, if you like a spicy touch)
2 tablespoons of oil
1 tablespoon of tomato sauce
1 large onion , cut into julienne
1 large pepper , cut into strips
Salad to accompany:
1/2 cabbage, cut into thin strips
6-8 radish , sliced (optional)
250 g cherry tomatoes cut in half
1 bouquet of fresh chopped parsley
1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
2 tablespoons of natural yoghurt
Salt and black pepper to taste
