Chicken in honey mustard sauce ready in 30 minutes!

Preparation:

In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Set aside.

Leave 1 tablespoon of bacon fat in the pan and add the chicken, season with salt and pepper.

Cook for about 3 minutes per side. (You don’t need to cook the chicken all the way through at this point).

To book

Add mustard, minced garlic, honey, milk and cream to the pan.

In a small bowl, whisk together cornstarch and water, then pour into sauce. Simmer until sauce thickens.

Return the chicken to the pan and coat the breasts well with the sauce.

Simmer until chicken is cooked.

Garnish with fresh parsley when serving.
