Cheesy Ground Beef Rice Casserole

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion until browned. Drain excess fat.
3. In a large bowl, combine beef, uncooked rice, both soups, broth, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
4. Pour into a greased 9×13″ baking dish. Cover with foil.
5. Bake for 45–50 mins, remove foil, sprinkle cheese on top.
6. Bake uncovered for 5–10 more mins until cheese is melted and bubbly.
7. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
