Cheeseburger Pasta with Cheese

1. Cook the beef:
In a large skillet or saucepan, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
Add the diced onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 2 to 3 minutes.
2. Add sauces and seasonings:
Stir in diced tomatoes, beef broth, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, salt and pepper.
3. Cook the pasta:
Add the raw pasta directly to the pan, stirring to combine. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer. Cover and cook for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender and most of the liquid has been absorbed.
4. Make it into cheese:
Stir in grated cheddar cheese and heavy cream (if using) until cheese is melted and sauce is creamy.
5. Serve:
Garnish with chopped parsley or green onions for a pop of color and serve immediately.
Tips for success:
Use lean ground beef to avoid excess fat.
For more cheese, mix mozzarella or pepper jack cheese with cheddar.
Adjust the thickness of the sauce by adding more broth if necessary
