Cauliflower with minced meat, au gratin!

1. First wash the cauliflower well and cut it into florets. Then boil it in lightly salted water until it is al dente.

2. Then mix the minced meat with the finely chopped onion, nutmeg, pepper, salt and 1 egg and season to taste.

3. Put the cauliflower in a well-greased oven dish and sprinkle with butter flakes. Now slowly spread the minced mixture over it. Now mix the eggs with the cheese and the cream and pour this mixture over it.

It is really delicious and super easy!

Bake it in a preheated oven at about 220°C for 20 minutes
