Caramel custard like grandma’s

    • In a saucepan, melt 50 g of sugar over medium heat. Stir constantly until the sugar becomes liquid and turns a golden color.
    • When the caramel has reached the right consistency, quickly pour it into the bottom of the pot or into a pudding mold, spreading it evenly. Let it cool.

    • Pour the caramel custard into a bowl or individual containers. Let cool in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
    1. Garnish (optional):
    • You can top the cream with powdered sugar, additional caramel, or fresh fruit before serving.
