Cake with yogurt and chocolate chips (no oven needed)

  • Mix the wet ingredients:
    • In a bowl, whip 1 egg with 3 tablespoons of sugar and 8 g of vanilla sugar until the whole is well mixed.
    • Add 3 tablespoons of oil, 125 g yogurt and 60 ml milk. Whip until a smooth consistency is obtained.
      • Mix the dry ingredients:
        • In another bowl, sieve 190 g of flour and 10 g of chemical yeast together.
      • Prepare the dough:
        • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until smooth and lump-free consistency are obtained.
        • Incorporate the chocolate chips.
      • Cook the cake:
        • Grease a non-stick frying pan with a little oil and preheat over low heat.
        • Pour the dough into the mold and spread it evenly. Cover with a lid.
        • Cook on a low heat for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
      • Allow to cool and serve:
        • Remove the cake from the mould and allow it to cool slightly.
        • Cut into slices and serve as it is or sprinkled with icing sugar.

      • Accompany him with a cup of tea or coffee for a delicious snack.
