1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until the onion becomes translucent.
3. Add the ground beef and cook until it’s browned.
4. Stir in the chopped cabbage, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, paprika, salt, and pepper.
5. Cover the skillet and let it cook until the cabbage is tender, about 10-15 minutes.
6. Serve hot, optionally with rice.
