Brussels sprout stew with meatballs, ready in 30 minutes

Ingredients:
– 500 g Brussels sprouts
– 500 g minced meat, half beef, half pork
– 1 onion
– 2 garlic cloves
– 1 egg
– 4 tbsp breadcrumbs
– 1 tsp salt
– 1/2 tsp pepper
– 2 tbsp oil
– 1 liter vegetable stock
– 1 bay leaf
– 3 tbsp flour
– 200 ml cream
– nutmeg
