Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place the Brie in a small, oven-safe dish or on parchment paper on a baking sheet.
Mix Parmesan, herbs, and olive oil or butter in a small bowl.
Spread the Parmesan mixture over the top of the Brie.
Bake for 10–15 minutes, or until the Brie is soft and gooey in the center.
Optional: Drizzle with a touch of honey and crack fresh black pepper on top before serving.
Serve warm with sliced baguette, crackers, or apple slices.
Optional (wrapped in puff pastry):
Wrap the Brie in puff pastry after topping with the Parmesan mixture.
Brush pastry with an egg wash (1 egg + 1 tbsp water).
Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown.
