Boston Cream Pie Cookie Bites

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Press cookie dough into mini muffin tin cups.

Bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden. Cool completely and press down centers to form cups.

Fill each cookie cup with a spoonful of vanilla pudding.

Heat cream until hot, pour over chocolate chips, and stir to make ganache.

Spoon chocolate over the pudding layer. Chill until set, then serve and enjoy!
