Borrowed ham, Boursin and cheese


On the puff pastry, spread the Boursin, add the ham cut into pieces and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Roll each side of the puff pastry inwards (tighten well) and leave it to stand for 15 minutes in the refrigerator wrapped in food film.
Cut slices of about 1 cm and place them on an oven plate.
Place in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 C.
