Blooming Quesadilla Ring

1. Preheat the Oven
Preheat to 375°F (190°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment or foil and lightly grease it.

2. Mix the Filling
In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, cheese, seasonings, and any extras like sautéed onions or cilantro.

3. Assemble the Wedges
Cut each tortilla in half.
Place 2–3 tablespoons of filling on one half, fold into a triangle (or roll), and press gently to seal. Repeat until all are filled.

4. Form the Ring
Arrange the filled triangles in a circle on the baking sheet, overlapping the edges slightly so they form a “blooming flower” shape. The pointed ends should face out, creating a starburst look.

5. Bake
Spray the tops lightly with oil or cooking spray. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden and crisp.

6. Serve
Place a small bowl of salsa, queso, or guacamole in the center of the ring for dipping. Pull apart and enjoy!

🔄 Variations:
Vegetarian: Use beans, corn, and sautéed veggies instead of meat.

Breakfast style: Scrambled eggs, cheese, and bacon or sausage.

Spicy kick: Add jalapeños or hot sauce to the filling.
