225 grams (8 oz) spaghetti
2/3 cup homemade marinara
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
Chop some fresh parsley and set aside for garnish, if desired.
Instructions: Set the oven temperature to 375°F or 190°C. Spray or coat a 9×13-inch baking dish with olive oil or cooking spray.
Combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
After the casserole dish is prepared, form the beef mixture into meatballs about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter.
The meatballs should be cooked thoroughly and browned in the preheated oven, which should take about 20 to 25 minutes.
While the meatballs are in the oven, cook the spaghetti until it reaches the al dente texture recommended on the package. Drain the pasta and return it to the pot.
After the pasta is cooked, add the marinara sauce and stir until evenly coated.
