Baked KFC Chicken Copycat – Simple, Crispy, Perfect!

Marinate: In a bowl, mix yogurt and hot sauce. Add chicken strips and marinate for at least 2 hours.
Preheat Oven: Heat to 200°C (400°F). Line a tray with parchment and spray lightly.
Coating Mix: Combine crushed cornflakes, breadcrumbs, flour, and spices in a shallow dish.
Coat Strips: Shake off marinade and coat each chicken strip thoroughly in the mix.
Bake: Lay strips on tray, spray lightly with oil. Bake for 20–25 minutes, turning once, until golden and crispy.
Serve: Great with dipping sauces or wrapped in a tortilla!
