Baked Chicken and Broccoli Crescent Rolls

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, broccoli, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
Spoon a generous tablespoon of the chicken mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
Carefully roll up each triangle, starting at the wide end and working your way to the point. Make sure the filling is fully enclosed.
Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet, with the point side down.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and cooked through.
Allow the rolls to cool slightly before serving.
Variations & Tips
For a different flavor profile, you can substitute the cheddar with mozzarella or Swiss cheese. Adding a teaspoon of Dijon mustard to the chicken mixture provides a tangy kick. If you prefer a vegetarian option, replace the chicken with extra broccoli or sautéed mushrooms. For an added crunch, sprinkle some toasted sesame seeds on top of the rolls before baking.
