1. Chocolate Coconut Bars:
Mix coconut, coconut cream, and syrup in a bowl until well combined.
Press into a small tray lined with parchment paper.
Pour melted chocolate over the top and smooth it out.
Chill until firm, then slice into squares.
2. Peanut Butter Oat Bars:
Warm peanut butter and syrup until smooth.
Stir in oats, nuts, chocolate chips, vanilla, and salt.
Press into a lined tray, refrigerate, and cut once set.
3. Date Nut Bars:
Blend dates and nuts until crumbly.
Add cocoa powder, almond butter, vanilla, and salt. Blend until sticky.
Press into a tray and chill until firm. Slice into bars.
4. Arrange all three types of bars on a large serving plate or tray for an assorted dessert platter.
