Apple Pancakes in 3 Minutes

1. First, peel and coarsely grate the apple. Then separate the eggs, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks, and set aside.

Now mix the egg yolks with the rice syrup, sparkling water, and yogurt.

2. Mix the flour with the oats, baking powder, and cinnamon and stir briefly.

Continued on the next page. Finally, fold in the grated apple and beaten egg whites.

Heat a little more butter or oil in a pan, add the batter a tablespoon at a time, and cook the pancakes.
