1. First take an empty bottle and cut the cap forming a star: you will need it to give the churros their classic shape.
2. In a saucepan, combine water, sugar, salt, vanilla sugar and butter.
3. Melt over heat, mixing well.
4. When it comes to a boil, add the flour and continue cooking over low heat.
5. When the mixture is well integrated, remove it from the heat and add the eggs.
6. Put the dough in the bottle and shape it into churros.
7. Fry in hot oil until golden.
8. Serve them with hazelnut cream.
