A friend from Spain showed me this recipe in 5 minutes

First, put the uncooked macaroni in a greased casserole dish.

Now season the minced meat and fry in a little fat. Add the canned tomatoes and fill with water. Now add the tomato paste and ketchup. Season to taste with the spices.

Pour the mixture over the pasta and then spread the crème fraiche and grated Gouda evenly on top.

Then bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for approx. 20-30 minutes. Serve immediately.
