l Mini Banana Cream Pies with Salted Caramel Sauce

Ingredients:
For the Crust:
1 1/2 cups (150g) graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup (75g) unsalted butter, melted
2 tablespoons sugar
For the Filling:
1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
1/4 cup (30g) cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups (480ml) whole milk
4 large egg yolks
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 ripe bananas, sliced
For the Salted Caramel Sauce:
1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
6 tablespoons (90g) unsalted butter, cut into pieces
