Keeping curtains in place
If you have ring-top curtains, toilet paper rolls can be used as dividers on the rod to prevent tight pleats. Alternate a ring with a cardboard roll to get a more even drape. For a more discreet effect, cut the rolls in half.

Tidy up cables and wires
Cables lying around and getting tangled in drawers are a source of frustration. Roll them up and tuck them into a toilet paper roll to keep them organized. For added convenience, label the box with the type of cable it contains.

Keeping Yarn and Cord Tidy
