Homemade in minutes! My Reunion Island samosas with tuna (cumin, coriander & mint)!

The sacred hour of aperitif… It’s the one I chose to come and talk to you about my favorite samosas of all the samosas that exist here, in Reunion Island! My favorites are made with tuna (of course with fresh tuna, it’s even more wow) and full of spices inside. The moment when I roll on the floor is when I squeeze a little lemon juice over the ultra-crispy samosa, after a first bite… It’s absolutely too good to be true!
